STAINED BY MY LOVE
I bought pine kitchen cupboards and decided to white wash them, the cupboards went through a staining process, which left it unrecognisable and brand new. When an item is stained it can never return to its old state of nature…
There are different views of what a “stain” may represent.
Each of us can relate with a stain of some sort, you might feel stained by the troubles in this world, maybe the stain you carry is depression, addiction, divorce, rejection, sickness within your body, anxiety etc?
You might find yourself flooded with emotion feeling the world has stained you so deeply, damaged you so intensively that you are stained for life and that nothing can remove this stain! You might even feel that you are so stained you aren’t even worthy of being in the presence of God, you feel so ashamed of all these stains you carry, that you are not worthy to sit at the feet of Jesus like Mary did.
I don’t know the stains you face, but I would like to share with you three stains Holy Spirit revealed to me:
Fragrance Stain
The world wants to stain our hearts with a false something that presents itself as a fragrance. 2 Cor 2:15 says we are the aroma of Christ within this world, you can choose if you are going to present yourself to the world as an odour or pleasing aroma. When Mary anointed the feet of Jesus, she presented the best fragrance she carried before him, but little did she know that the fragrance of Jesus presence will by far overshadow any fragrance she carried. When you sit at the feet of Jesus, and abide in Him, his fragrance will permeate your life, when you leave the love chamber you can never be the same again.
Intimacy stain
I went on a google search to see if anyone did some sort of sermon on Love Stain, and the only link I could find was one that was worldly, which refers to the stain of semen (which is seed) is left behind when two people had intercourse in a specific place. So basically, the term is used in a perverse and worldly manner, but we all know that only God can create, and Satan copies, so where did Satan copy this idea from. The intimacy stain was formed when Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary and “stained” her womb with the incorruptible seed, Jesus Christ. Intimacy can be pperverse or Pure. Your intimacy may have been corrupted by the world in how you see yourself or your relationship with Papa, but the truth remains, you are holy, blameless, spotless and beyond reproach, the carrier of the greatest intimacy stain Jesus Christ, you carry every character and nature within in him.
Love Stain
1 Cor 6:20 TPT reads “You are God’s expensive purchase, pad for with tears of blood…
Tears of blood is the price Jesus paid on the cross to purchase our hearts so we can become His inheritance. Tears of blood was the “Love Stain” Jesus shed so that your heart be united into ONENESS with Papa’s heart, making a way for us to access all of Him, all of heavens blessings.
The enemy’s plan is a setback for a breakdown, but God’s plan is set up for a BREAKTHROUGH!
At an early age in my life, I was touched, and the world left a stain upon my life, from a young age, the enemy planned to destroy My perception true intimacy, My TRUE identity and worth in Him, who He is AND who I am IN Him, through worldly stains.
Yes, I may have been touched, I may have been stained, but no matter the amount of stains I may see or the world my judge me on, no amount of stains can change WHO I am In Christ, I REMAIN HIS BELOVED! No matter how many times my life was touched and stained, my identity remains the same, I remain THE BELOVED – The awakened bride of Christ, and that is how Papa sees me.
His love stain overshadows and overpowers any other stain tempting to cling to my life.
Papa’s heart is forever inviting us to abide in Him, no matter the stains. To BE in his presence so that He can overshadow us with His fragrance, intimacy and above all stain us with His love.
